Brief Biography:

Ed Hutchison joined the BCA faculty in January 2008 after teaching public relations and journalism at CMU. He joined the University in 2002, following a 26-year career in public relations at Dow Corning Corporation where he held a number of positions, including manager of product publicity, global manager of health and environmental communications, communications manager for personal and household care industries and more. He is the author of “Digging in the Dirt,” a popular how-to guide on gardening and is the author of a weekly syndicated garden column that appears newspapers throughout the Midwest.
